SHIPPING

Q. When should I expect to receive my order …?

A. We try to ship all orders the same day from our head offices in Alvechurch, Worcestershire

UK - Next Working Day Delivery

All orders for Next Working Day delivery must be placed before the 1pm GMT.

UK - Standard Delivery

All orders for Standard Delivery will take between 3 to 5 working days, and can be delivered between 9am and 6pm.

Northern Ireland

All orders for Northern Ireland received before 1pm will be despatched the same day and take between 3 to 7 days for delivery (9am to 6pm).

Mainland Europe

All orders for Mainland Europe are despatched direct from the UK and take between 3 to 7 working days for delivery.

Offshore Islands

All offshore deliveries can take up to 14 working days and are despatched from the UK.

Q. How much carriage will I pay for multiple items …?

A. All multiple item orders will incur one carriage charge only.

Q. What is the cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery …?

A. All orders must be received before 1pm GMT (Monday to Thursday) for Next Working Day (up to Friday).

All orders placed at the weekend will be processed and despatched on the following Monday – subject to stock availability.

Q. Who do I contact regarding a product enquiry …?

A. All product information can be located on the relevant product page (including downloadable PDF instruction manuals) – this includes all clothing sizes, dimensions, weights and recommendations.

We endeavour to respond to all emails between the working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm – all product related emails delivered at the weekend will be responded to before 9:00am on the following Monday.

A. Please email the Shipping Department at The Sports HQ – please remember to include an order reference number along with your enquiry – shipping@thesportshq.com to email.

Q. Where can I find a replacement instruction manual for my product …?

A. All instruction leaflets/manuals can be downloaded in PDF format from the relevant product webpage.

Q. Where and to whom should I make cheques payable to …?

A. Please make cheques payable to : The Sports HQ Group - please remember to include a print-out of the order confirmation email.

RETURNS POLICY

Q. How do I return an order …?

A. Please email our sales department – help@thesportshq.com – stating your order confirmation number and reason/s for returning your order.

Opening Times – Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm GMT)

All emails delivered at the weekend will be responded to before 9am (GMT) on the following Monday.

Q. There is a problem with the order I received – what next …?

A. Email the Returns Department - help@thesportshq.com – please state your order confirmation number and provide a brief outline of the problem with your order
